In early August, Rooms in Bloom was contacted by Will-O Homes to decorate their upcoming model town home in Baden, Ontario. We picked some final finishes and fixtures, added a few key focal areas with paint and wallpaper and of course, shopped for furnishings based on a design plan we had created for the home.
In the main living area, we defined both the dining and living space with gorgeous modern furnishings that complemented the architectural features of the space. The results were incredible! A wonderful, upscale living space that would be a joy to retreat to and entertain in.
Upstairs, we introduced pops of color to add whimsy and interest to the two bedrooms. Our office is a serene spot to work in and the little girl’s room is a perfect space for any child to grow up in. As we understood that it would most probably be a young family purchasing these homes, we tailored the staging to fit the lifestyle these families would aspire to have for themselves.
The owl accent pillow was without a doubt, one of our favorite design finds for this space. Love the whimsy!
The Master Retreat is a huge space that any couple would love to call their own. We decorated it with a young, savvy buyer in mind, using silver greys, whites and creams and mixing in some beautiful mirrored pieces to add that glamorous touch. Instead of using a dresser (which we were tired of seeing all the time), we chose a gorgeous mirrored make up table to fill the space instead. Under the window, we added a modern upholstered bench to create a reading or lounging space that we know the target buyers will appreciate. One of our favourite touches in this space was the beautiful wallpapered focal wall that lends elegance to the room.
