It’s been a busy year for our Rooms in Bloom Team and as we are winding down towards the end of 2015, we thought we would share some of our staging transformations and success stories! We have had the pleasure working with some wonderful clients, realtors and builders throughout the year and we are thankful again, for all the great projects we have been a part of. After having done over 200 consultations, 75+ vacant stagings, 50+ occupied stagings and completed 2 large design projects we have some great new favorites, awesome repeat clients and of course – lots of beautiful spaces!
Here are a few highlights ….
Vacant Property Staging
We staged this empty home and it sold within 24 hours to the very first buyers who previewed it for full list price! Our clients couldn’t have been more thrilled!
Modern Condo Staging
We consulted with our client on this condo and recommended new flooring, paint colors, a kitchen refresh and of course – staging. Our client implemented all our recommendations and hired our team to stage the condo once everything was complete. This condo got an impressive number of viewings and received multiple offers!
Model Townhome
Rooms in Bloom partnered with Will-O Homes to decorate their model townhome in Baden. When the original model unit sold, we were hired again to decorate a new unit. We chose to incorporate a gorgeous striped wall in the master bedroom that infused the space with color! Buyers loved it so much that this model unit sold only a few weeks after it was completed!
Executive Waterloo Home Staging
After this property didn’t sell, it was re-listed with one of our Realtor Partners and our team was brought in to maximize this occupied home’s appearance. From adding much needed artwork & décor to staging an empty bedroom, our team ensured this property had a great presentation that buyers just couldn’t ignore. The results? Got an offer and sold within the first few weeks back on market – thrilling both our clients and our agent!
Kitchener Remodeled Home
Our client completely remodeled this East Ward home and had our team stage it. We loved the character and modern finishes in this property and so did buyers. This property sold for full list price within a few short weeks of listing!
Executive Guelph Townhome
This previously empty townhome was staged by our team this past summer. We incorporated a gorgeous palette of soft blues, yellows and grays to make this home stand out – and it worked! This property got multiple offers within a week of listing after generating a ton of interest from buyers.
Collingwood Model Homes
Rooms in Bloom partnered with Losani Homes earlier this year to decorate their three model homes in Collingwood. Not only was it a gorgeous place to work, but the homes were very unique with beautiful finishes and fixtures. We embraced the lifestyle of the area and infused it into every aspect of our stagings, having a lot of fun creating aspirational spaces we knew potential buyers would love!
Overall, we have had a fabulous year and we want to thank all of our clients, fans and friends who have helped make it so successful. We wish all of you a wonderful holiday season and look forward to all that 2016 has to offer.
